To ensure that she cannot move, let her hold a pen with her nose against the wall.

I've found many discussions in spanking forums about whether it could leave permanent damages to the knees, so better don't do it regularly.

Being forced to do additional chores can have very good effects on one's bahaviour, but this kind of punishment makes only sense if it is performed over a longer period of time.

WRITING LINES

Perfect to improve patience and obedience!
The sentence should be short and suggestive and related to the sub's behaviour.
Writing less than 50 lines makes only little sense, and the writing should be exact.
Whenever there's a mistake, the whole page should be written again.
